Just joined this esteemed forum.
I am in the process of purchasing a 411 squareback.
I popped over to a supplier i use to buy some second hand wheels for my Karmann Ghia project and spotted the 411 in his parts car collection.
He informed me that it is mostly there and does not need any major welding... hmmmmmmmmmmmm ;)
anyway, I have bought it and will be picking it up at the end of the month.
I need to get my ghia put back together first though, so it will be sheeted up till next year.

Welcome

Seems like you have an appetite for projects. I'll look forward to you putting some photos up of the 411..... in the meantime I have a 411 that is being broken to provide parts for other club members, so if there are some bits that you need best let me know

Keep us updated on progress with both :)

I spotted that too, even though I didn't mention it, I believe they are quite sought after too.

That Ghia was not pretty when you go hold of it! I look forward to seeing your Type 4.
