Eyup folks,

Bought this old girl yesterday with the foolish idea of thinking it will only need a little bit of work to get on road.....but as usual for me it needs as much as both bugs and camper ive got:(

Soooo its gotta go as its not going to get started this year.

The interior is begging me to save the car, it is absolutely mint! And i mean perfect!

Logged onto how manys left.com and they reckon theres 1 left on sorn.........is this it? Cant recall seeing another on ere.

Any info would be great.

Hi keiron, been watchin your 412 as i also have one. Glad youve got in touch....

Basically i was in my 412 driving down a busy road on a housing estate in sheffield.......a huge yell of fackin ell a 411! Followed by a massive stamp on brakes and a swift knock on door. 24 hours later she was mine no garage or barn find but well good enough for round here!

Really want to keep it, and still in two minds.

Paid too much for it i think but oh well....

I thought these things just didn't happen any more! What's it like underneath? Do the brakes work? FI or carb?
What history does it have?
Hope you didn't pay too much. I paid £500 for my 412 4-door about 5 years ago and it is a miracle that it had an MOT at the time!

The 4-door was more common than the 2-door, but they're all pretty rare now.

Its a fuel injection and it has service history to early 90's!

Underneath isnt too bad, however does require a lot of work. Mainly under heater channel and drivers side strut top.

Would it be a crime to part this car out?

It's not the last 411 4 door as I know of one that drives around in the Canterbury area. And yes it would be a crime to part it out!!
