Window rubbers

Does anyone know if type 3 squareback rear side window rubbers would fit for a 412 squareback's rear side windows?

No, they aren't the same. I don't know if they are longer and deeper, or if the sections are the same. Sorry.

You can order complete sets of window rubbers from a company in the Netherlands that Kieron (kps70) has found. I used them for a replacement front rubber and it fits wells.

Im resurrecting this thread in the hope that someone can give me a source of cheap window rubbers for my 412. Anyone tried genric ones and cutting them down? If so what size/make/model is the one to go for to replace the rear side window rubbers?

HELLO,,i have use the model for the type2 -73 front glass for my 412-73 front glass you can see the pict. on the samba,, galley pict. on bb412,, the type 2 seal was more long of 3'' , cut and use rubber glue,, d,t forget to remoove the white frame spacer on the 412 for to fit with the type 2 seal,, cheer,,baby
