Thinking of getting a New / Reconditioned / Exchange Carburettor for the Beetle.
Its a Solex 30 PICT-2. Any recommendations please ? Only Exchange ones I can find are at Just Kampers. I have found 2 other 30 PICT-2 in my stuff. Also have at least 1 28-PICT and a Pair of Type 3 Twin Carbs for Manual Trans model.
Can anyone recommend anyone who Reconditions at reasonable cost please ?

Very nice but a bit pricey by the time it got here with Import Tax and Shipping.
I’ve started from the beginning and set the Carb up to factory settings. Seems it might be worth persevering with it for now.
