Decent VW Mechanic in Cambridgeshire Area

Hi, I have a 1965 T3 1500S. The engine burns oil on 3 and 4 and the car has a couple of other minor issues including a transmission leak. I'm no VW expert and also busy putting a TR7 back together so willing to pay a mechanic to do what needs doing to the engine and car. Does anyone know of a decent air cooled mechanic within about, say, 80 miles of the Peterborough area? I have spoken to a couple of people who have either let me down or decided I need a complete rebuild before even looking at the thing. Any help appreciated, Cheers.
