I am putting together a guide for a number of image hosting sites and a walk through on how to post on this forum. If you have any requests of specific sites or questions please send me a PM and I will make you a guide or answer them and post here. All of these sites require you to sign up, but are usually free to use. Once signed up you will have an album, this is where your photos will been kept on the internet. If you move into a different folder this will cause the link to stop working.
First off Photobucket.
Once signed up you will be in your album, to organise things you can create sub albums, these are seem on the left.
Once your are in the right album select the photo you want by clicking on the photo itself, not the tick. This will open the photo, on the right hand side you will see 4 boxes. We are interested in the bottom on. IMG.
Right click the blue highlighted text and you will get the usualy drop down box. Click copy.
Now head over to us here on the type 3 and 4 club and go to the place you want your photo to appear. In the box where you normally type reply, click full editor and preview.
These next two photos are not essential, but it has caused problems previously if this information is left in so I will leave this up to the users to decide. Delete the two pieces highlighted in flue, Leaving just the text between the img brackets.
Click preview to check you link is working.
Repeat the process for any other images you want to add, put a space between the two links.
Once you have included all the images you wanted to. Click submit and your done!

Re: Photo Posting Guide For Various Websites
For those who don't like all the adverts on photobucket, here is the Flickr Guide.
Sign up to Flickr, its owned by yahoo so don't be surprised when you get directed to a yahoo sign up page.
Once signed up you will be in your home folder, at the top right of the page is a cloud with an arrow in. Click this to upload images.
Follow these instructions.
It will then offer you a chance to edit the photo. Its unlikely you will need to do this, and its far easier done on your PC before hand if you. You will see at the lower left a small green box is marked which says visible to everyone, if you don't have this it will need selecting. So skip this and just click upload on the top right.
The upload pop up will appear and should say public.
You then enter your album where the photo is now stored online. Click the photo to be taken to the sharing options.
Click on the curved arrow.
A more complicated pop up will appear, at the top click the embed button. Then at the bottom click the size drop down box and choose the large size 1024 x ...... Once done copy the information from the text box in the middle.
Now its time to head over to the forum, enter the full editor where you want to post your images
Paste the information you have copied from flicker and the highlight the part I have, everything up to the second https and delete it.
Then again, highlight and delete as I have. After .jpg
Finally highlight the remaining text and click the little picture icon.
It will add the img brackets for you, then click preview to check your image has worked and then your are all set.

Re: Photo Posting Guide For Various Websites
So for google photos there are two ways to do this. Choose which ever suits you.
Method 1.
This is best suited to photos which has been resized to roughly 1024 x 768, or a similar size before you put them on your google drive.
Select the photo you want from your google photo album.
Once open, right click on the image and click open in a new tab or window.
Go to the tab or window which you have just opened and copy the address link
Return to the forum and enter full editor mode.
Paste in the link you have just copied, and highlight the hole thing. Once highlighted click the image button which the arrow is pointing too.
You will end up with your link inbetween two img brackets. Hit the preview button to check its worked and then submit the post if it has.
