That's a later seat, probably a 68 or 69.
A pigalle seat would have cable operated back rest release, where as that one is the later lever on the seat type.
It's also a darker colour and a pigalle seat has red seat bases, plus (getting really geeky now) you'll notice the pattern of the vinyl is different - the basket weave material is just used in the centre.
