Oddly enough it looks similar to a handbrake guide tube for a Mk2 golf.
I will take a look, many thanks for the idea. Think I will some how remove dodgy tube and try and re-sleeve with cable still attached to pedal.

I'll work it out. :D

Cheers.

Re: Type 4 411le rear wheel bearings?

Jon, Thanks for the lead on the bearings. I will be getting some ordered up very soon along with some seals. In the meantime I'll see if repacking and tightening up will quiet the bearing down a little. Sorry to hear your car is playing up. They do tend to do that, don't they. I always seem to get ...

Thank you, 937carrera

Assuming these are correct.

I knew it...
Something simple.
Ignition wire on back of fuse box was off. How this happened is a mystery.
But sorted and roaring like a lion. Grrrrr. 8)

Just a new clutch pipe to fit now and bleed. Front to back. Wish me luck.

Thanks david for your help.

Re: Half my fuse box seems not to work? 411LE variant

RHD
The wiring around the base of steering column/master cylinder is abit of a birds nest. Just thinking i may have snagged something when pulling old pipe out.
I didn't disconnect battery.

I think it really is something simple. Just need to find it!

Thanks again.

Re: exhaust

Hi, in the past Iv use an end can off a Kawasaki motor bike. Might have to bend the grill thing up a bit. Also may need to enlarge the bolt holes a wee bit. Make you own gasket. A cheaper option. £10 off fleabay. Got one on my t25 at the mo.
Hope this helps even if a bit late on reply. :D

Chopped the bad out and replaced, obviously been there awhil...
