Will clean up nicely with a bit of the old gloss black powder. Been thinking about the same treatment to my fasty of late. Is it possible to get much of the tin wear off while the engine is in place?

Danny you're spot on! My buddy Ross owned it till recently. Where it was involved in an accident and written off (Not his fault).
