well been to Shakey,I was a little disappointed but on reflection it ain't bad,I got 17 secs terminating at 77mph,I got slaughtered on my first run by a 12 sec Skyline,2nd run I was beating a Volvo T5 until I hit third,he got 15.4 secs,third run was on my own,couldn't get below 17 secs....that damn ...

it is not void if it's still in date...but... you can get done for an unroadworthy vehicle if the police check the VOSA site which the police have access to

end of life certificate is free,you get one issued by the scrappy you scrapped your car with after he's paid you the going rate at the time and then he has the whole log book,you have to keep the certificate for a year just in case there are any comebacks,I do quite a few,made a bit of money too

reverse lights are not tested,so even if they are stuck on it will not fail you would get pulled by the fuzz (ouch...lol)for showing white light to the rear,if you tape the rear lens hole that will also pass. Yes there is a rate speed that the indicators have to flash at,1 a second is ok By the way ...

Just finished tuning the motor for a run down the strip at Shakey on april 1st,the stinger is just for the run as it opens up the top end

we've put a 1.9 TDI golf engine in the back of a bug..........was a baja though,our next project is a twin turbo scooby engine in a bug...anything will fit with a bit of chopping and bracing here and there

nowt wrong with my hex bar linkage but as a precaution I put jubes either side of the arms to stop them moving (not that they did,just as a precaution)
